Customers overwhelmingly praise this shampoo and conditioner for delivering exceptional coat softness, shine, and manageability, with most reporting dramatically improved results compared to other brands. Reviewers consistently describe coats as silky, fluffy, and glowing, with reduced tangles and enhanced appearance, particularly for long-haired breeds. Many love the pleasant, long-lasting fragrance that lingers for days without overpowering, and several note it effectively controls irritation and flaking for sensitive skin. A small number found the scent unpleasant, but these isolated comments contrast sharply with overwhelming positive feedback.
