Very poor quality item. A piece of old carpet is much more efficient. I have this mat directly in front of the box and then a piece of old carpet for him to step on next, this mat collects almost NO litter particularly compared to the regular rug. A very expensive paper thin mat that might end up as a place mat for his food. Petco should reconsider selling items of such low quality.

I bought this a week ago and the mat is already coming apart. Even though it has help tremendously with track litter, it isn't worth wasting the money when it won't last!
