100# dog likes to sit in middle All that weight in small area tends to stretch fabric , and wore out a spot in center of original Maybe an additional reinforcement at center , or double fabric on x-large beds ?

Customer Service

Thank you for your feedback, Huey. We're sorry to hear that the fabric on your pet bed began sagging after only 48 hours of use. That is not the experience we want our customers to have. The Coolaroo Pet Bed fabric is designed to provide comfortable support while allowing airflow, but excessive sagging may indicate an issue with the fabric tension or frame assembly. We'd like the opportunity to review your situation and assist further. Please contact our Customer Care team at 1-800-560-4667 or contactus@coolaroo.com with photos of the pet bed and your proof of purchase. Our team will be happy to evaluate the issue and discuss available solutions. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our products and customer experience.

Easy and simple to replace. Like a brand new bed! Our big boy loves to lay on it again.

I have had 2 of these beds (1 for each side of the house) for as long as I can remember. We live where it gets very hot in the summer, and I think the dogs appreciate that they are surrounded by air, in addition to the comfort. I appreciate the ability to extend the life of the beds by being able to replace the fabric (and to change the colors) as needed.
