Customers say

Customers praise the collar's reflective stripes, durability, and stylish appearance, especially on dark-coated dogs. Many report the webbing and stitching hold up well under heavy use, swimming, and wrestling. However, a substantial number express serious safety concerns about the plastic buckle failing under pressure—popping open during pulling or restraint within weeks or months. Some note color fading with water exposure. Despite strong material quality, the buckle weakness significantly undermines confidence in the product's core safety function.

Great quality. The second one we have bought. Very durable!

This clip will come undone if your dog is pulling in the other direction. Not safe for stronger dogs!!!

Bought this collar about 6 month ago because it looked good and I thought the metal near the buckle would make it durable. The metal broke in 6 months normal use. Very disapointed and will not be buying from this company again

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're sorry to hear the collar didn’t hold up as expected, especially under normal use. We’ll be sure to pass this along to the product team for review and improvement.

I was a bit concerned about buying a medium for my dog who usually wears a small, but it adjusted well for his size. I will probably get more in other colors.

I really liked the look of the collar and assumed it was durable. However, it has unbuckled twice while my dog was pulling on the leash at another dog. We were lucky the situation didn't go bad. Very unsafe!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sturdy collar. My labs like to grab each other by the collar when they wrestle and other collars stretch. Looks great on my black lab.
