If fed solely, feed one 13 oz. can a day for every 15 lbs. of body weight. Puppies may require up to twice the amount for the same body weight and pregnant or nursing females may require up to three times. Always provide plenty of fresh water.
Refrigerate after opening, discard after 3 days.

is the canidae all stages chicken and rice canned food a pureed consistency? when i opened the can it looked like mush, and i was expecting it to look more like pieces of chicken and rice. i just wanted to make sure that it is supposed to look that way.
