DIRECTIONS

If fed solely, feed one 13 oz. can a day for every 15 lbs. of body weight. Puppies may require up to twice the amount for the same body weight and pregnant or nursing females may require up to three times. Always provide plenty of fresh water.

Not happy with how order was shipped. There was no packing material in the box so two 12 packs of canned dog food slid around and smashed the other item I had ordered. Fortunately, it was a box that was crushed but did not leak.

Food cans were dented. Packaging was terrible. I ordered two cases of canned food and got 24 individual cans. The box it arrived in was in tatters. I wish I could send a picture.

I have been using this particular blend/brand of dog food for my two dogs for several years and both are happy, healthy mutts. One is 15+ years and minus a spinal injury she suffered 7-8 years ago, she still keeps going and I can't help but attribute it in part to good quality dog food.

When I first got my puppy. It was being fed Canidae. But after sometime I changed it to Royal Canine for German Shepherds. Now that I want to add both dry and wet food together (like a treat) There are no cans of Royal, so I chose this. I gave it to my 3 dogs 1/3 portion of a can each, to re-introduce it to them. So far, one dog eats it like he has not eaten in days, the 2nd one takes here time, and the 3rd one literally licks every kibble to eat the wet food part 1st, then she eats the kibble. So far, all 3 have eaten the wet food with no problems, no wet stools and seem to be o.k.

My dogs love Canidae can dog food. I mix it in with Canidae dry dog food with a little warm water to make a gravy. They chop it right up.

I have been feeding my various Shelties Canidae since the late 90’s. I feed the kibble ALS along with a small amount of their ALS can food. My dogs are healthy and have great shiny coats. Plus my dogs love this food. But recently Canidae has changed the formula of its can food from a more solid can food to a Pate`. This means the can food is a softer consistency, which I do not care for. It’s messier and too soft for my liking. However my dogs don’t seem to mind the change. I would still highly recommend this brand. I do not recommend feeding grain free diets though unless your dog is truly allergic to grains. The Grain Free diet is not that healthy, it’s not a nutrition rich diet. It really just a fad marketing technique, pure and simple.

there are two sizes 18" and 24" - are the beds round or oval shape?

This is definitely a round shape & I have the 18 inch which comfortably fits any one of my cats with room to spare who are between 8.5 to 11 lbs. I think the 24 inch will be way to large unless you have 2 cats that like to sleep together.
