Within the first 6 months, any failure of zippers or stitching due to normal use shall be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and shall warrant a full replacement. While no restraint is indestructible, after 6 months, we offer replacement zippers and durable patch repairs to help extend the life of your wraps and protect your investment.

Leave the wrap in an area where the cat likes to be and leave treats on top of the wrap to build a positive association with the wrap for a few days before trying a procedure. When you're ready to use your wrap, place the wrap on a non-slip surface and open completely. Place your cat on top of the opened wrap. Secure the neck velcro first. Then, tuck the hind end into wrap and zip closed. Tighten the swaddle wings snugly around the body of your cat. A loose wrap is not comfortable and will not be effective. If your cat is rambunctious, use toys to help tire them out prior to wrapping. Consider spraying your wrap with a calming pheromone spray or requesting a sedative from your veterinarian. Animals should not be left unattended while wrapped. Use caution in hot environments to ensure that your pet does not overheat. Remember, not all cats respond the same way to being handled and always remain vigilant of your own safety with claws and bites.
