I enjoyed putting this together and was amazed on how my herbs grew. The kit doesn’t take up a lot of space and looks amazing in the kitchen. Highly recommend.

It has a line inside to know the right amount of water to add. The package comes with nutrients to support the best growth possible. I highly recommend this for gardening enthusiasts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it's small and compact. It was easy to set up. It doesn't say it comes with seeds but mine did. So I'm not sure if they all do or maybe you just get random starter easy beginner seeds. (I was able to get free seeds from the library. The library also had them labeled if they were easy or not for beginners.) The instructions could be a little bit clearer. It doesn't explain the stickers that go on the pods or the water marker clearly. I understood once I looked at it but I could see how it might be confusing to some people. The instructions could be clearer. It also doesn't give recommendations for plants at all (other than the seeds that were included). So you're going to have to look up that information on your own. I wish it came with like a little chart with good plants to start out with, estimated growth and feeding times for those plants. If it came with that it would be perfect! It also has a little flap where you can see the water indicator and it makes it easy to refill. The seeds that came with took a while to grow. I thought they might be bad but they just took extra time than normal (according to online.) Great activity for classrooms. I like that soon I will have tomatoes right on my counter for my salads! It also has a built-in timer so you just plug it in and it does everything by itself. You really only have to check every week or so to add food or water!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so easy to use! It has very clear instructions that tell you how to use it. It is very easy to assembly and it is so cute. It came red rubly basil seeds, italian basil, and cilantro. I can’t wait to see them grow fully. It is perfect for the summer and i’ll be able to use the herbs for some summer cooking. Overall I really love the idea and can’t wait to try other plants as well.

The lights are bright, but do not get too hot. The water inside circulates on its own and even has a water sensor so that you know there is enough in the reservoir. Really great kit with everything you need to get started!
