Customers say

Customers overwhelmingly praise this litter for superior clumping that makes scooping effortless and thorough, with firm clumps holding together cleanly. Many highlight the lightweight, sand-like texture that tracks minimally and produces low dust, making daily maintenance easier than alternatives. Most report excellent odor control, particularly those with multiple cats. However, a notable group strongly dislikes the overpowering artificial scent, describing it as obnoxious and lingering, with some requesting an unscented version. A few report their cats avoided the box due to the fragrance. Overall, most customers find the performance benefits outweigh the scent concerns.

I have been buying arm and hammer HardBall litter since our stores started selling it a couple years ago. It was great litter. Clumped the best of all the previous litters I had tried. They used to have 3 sizes. Then they dropped down to the smallest and the largest size. A month ago I noticed the litter was different. It was darker and it does not clump as well and I'm paying top dollar for this litter. When I saw the coupons on the boxes I knew something was up. You have changed the litter and it now sucks. You had a good thing now you don't. I will be finding a new litter because they all clump as badly as hardball does now. I can pay less for the same product. Heck some of the others may have improved over the past couple years. Sorry A&H you did this to yourselves. Bye
