1. Fill litter box with at least 3 inches of ARM & HAMMER Litter. 2. Scoop out clumps and solid waste daily and dispose in trash. Refill box as needed. 3. Do not flush or put into drains. Put used litter into the trash.

I have been using Arm and Hammer Super Scoop for a long time. With two large cats it is critical to have litter that clumps firmly and controls odor. Super Scoop used to do this beautifully. The last few boxes have been worthless. No clumping. Like ZERO clumps. Just a soggy mess of goo that slides through the scoop. No odor control. We can smell litter boxes in the front of the house when they are down a long hallway in a separate room in the back. I thought maybe it was a bad batch … things happen … so I kept trying. It is not a bad batch. Apparently it is a new formula or a new supplier. When your Super Scoop actually functions again, please let me know. Until then, it’s another brand for us.

We had loved Arm and Hammer Cat Litter for many years. This is now, by far, the worst litter we've ever experienced. I bought two boxes, still having faith in your products. It's heavy tracking, not light; even with three rugs to catch the sandy substance, it tracks everywhere. I dump our precious cats' trash can more than once a day because it smells awful. Your litter used to be the very best!! Sadly, it's become the worst.

First time buying this and it worked great, just bought again and the color is darker, the texture is more like small pebbles and the liquid reaches the pan before it clumps up. I don't like scraping the pan every day..

I previously would have rated this litter a 5 as I switched over 3 years ago, but now I believe recently the formula has changed. This last box is very coarse, dark and doesn't really work the same way it previously has. It is not clumping like it did when the litter was not as coarse. I'm a bit disappointed as we previously liked it for how well it clumped and that it did a great job with odor control. I will unfortunately be looking for a replacement brand.

I used to be happy with this product-fragrance free, low dust. Not so much low tracking, though. I agree with other reviewers, the urine clumps break apart and become nasty, sticky sludge. When/if I do purchase this, I almost always mix with Dr. Elsey's brand. That gives me hard, firm clumps that stay firm when scooping.

My room is covered in dust from this litter and is making me sneeze even with a heavty HEPA filter running. Does NOT control odor, doesn't clump well and weighs too much to lift! I'm returning the second box I bought!

Did the formula for this litter change recently? I've been using it for a little over a year and, previously, I loved it. However, the last batch I received just isn't clumping. As soon as I opened the boxes I could see a difference because the litter was darker and the grains were larger. I've had it in my cat's litter boxes a little over a week and it's horrible. No longer are there hard clumps that are easy to scoop or filter well in the automatic litter box. They make soft clumps and sludge. Because of this it sticks in the automatic litter grate and on the litter scoop for the manual box. Because of it sticking it also leaves a horrible smell. The automatic litter box makes its rotation 2 minutes after the cat exits. We previously emptied the bin every 3 days and it wasn't a problem. We've always scooped the manual litter box everyday. Now, we're emptying the bin everyday because the litter sitting in it stays soggy, gross, and aromatic. I have 80 lb of litter (I have two 40 lb boxes delivered at a time) and I am wondering if I have to just throw it out and have all that money wasted. Seriously, what happened? This used to be such an amazing product and now it's just gross.

This is probably the worst litter I've used in all the years I've owned cats. It stays wet so the bottom of the litter pan is like mud. It is also tracked all through my house, which it's supposed to be low tracking. I will never buy this product again.
