Customers say

Customers overwhelmingly praise this litter for effortless cleanup, strong clumping, and effective odor control. Most highlight how it slides out of the box without scraping, even after multiple uses, with the non-stick formula preventing residue buildup. Many report solid clumps that lock in odors and keep homes fresh, while cats consistently prefer it over alternatives. The low-dust formula earns frequent praise. Some note the scent is unpleasant or that clumps occasionally stick to box corners, but most consider these minor issues compared to the overall convenience and performance benefits.

No Handle Strap on the New Boxes

Been using this for a few years. Just got my latest order and I am not happy with the new boxes with no handle strap. Makes it very difficult to handle these heavy boxes without the handle, Please bring the handle back so I can give the 5 star rating again.

No handles. Who would do this?

MyCatsAndMeAreFrustrated

For years, I purchased 4 34 lb boxes per month. I was very happy, along with my cats. Unfortunately the last order had no handles! There is no way I can pick these boxes up. They are sitting out by my door. Why would you remove the handles on such heavy boxes? I just cancelled my 4 box auto ship from my retailer. I’m having to find a comparable litter with a competitor that understands ergonomic packaging over saving a few cents.

No Handle

Have used this litter for years and really liked it. Will be changing brands since the new box has no handle. This design creates a safety issue when walking on stairs. Really not a fan of rolling it down the stairs, pretty sure I’ll get litter everywhere doing that.

30+ pounds and no handle? Looking elsewhere.

I recently received a shipment with the new packaging with no handles, no “spout” to pour from, and a top that opens completely. I really don’t understand why anyone would think that design is a good idea. It’s significantly more difficult to carry and use. If it doesn’t change, I’ll be switching brands for the first time in years.

Bring the handles back!

I run a cat rescue and but tons of this litter. But I’m considering switching to another brand due to the boxes no longer have handles!! It is impossible to easily handle these heavy boxes of litter WITHOUT handles!! Please make it make sense!?!

Where are the handles?

Have used for years and have it delivered bc IT’S HEAVY. Got some delivered today and there are NO HANDLES ON THE BOXES. I had to drag the boxes inside from my front porch and they are sitting inside my doorway. I LITERALLY have no idea how I will get them to the room where the litter boxes are. As an older person who lives alone, this is quite stressful. If this wasn’t a production error, then the corporate greed is unmatched. Very disappointing!

I have bought this litter for years and will unfortunately not be able to continue purchasing it. I am 76 years old and can’t lift it without the handle.

Questions

1 - 1 of 1 Questions

Can I mix new cat litter with clean old litter and save throwing it out? Or do I have to dump the clean old litter after 7-10 days?

  1. Yes! I always top off litter boxes after thoroughly scooping. I only fully change out litter every 1-2 months.
