Customer Care

We're glad the Airpet Pet Locator Tag with Collar Holder works great and connects easily to your device. Our team aims to provide convenient technology to help every pet parent keep their companions safe. Thank you!

Product does not activate as it should. Looked into this more and found out that this is not a legitimate product. Not sure why Petco would sell something that is not authorized by Apple but this is a fake. Also, FCC should look into this product since it does not display a FCC identification as it should. I highly recommend that you do not but this product.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Garbage. Just spent an hour trying to pair this with my phone. Even changed my security settings as prompted, named it, and created an emoji for it. Still won’t turn up on my Bluetooth or account. Don’t buy!

This Airpet Locator Dog Tag is a total game-changer! I love how easy it was to set up, and now I have total peace of mind knowing I can quickly locate my dog if he ever gets out. The tag is lightweight, durable, and doesn’t bother my pup at all. The added keychain was a great bonus—I use it to keep track of my keys now too! If you love your pet, this is a must-have. Highly recommend!

I’ve tried three different pet trackers so far and this one was by far the worst. The only location it would give me was when they were at home and because of that one of my pets went missing and we have no way of finding them. Can’t even return it . I’ve spent hours trying to do the one job this device is supposed to do

No, I do not recommend this product.
