DIRECTIONS

Just like you, your cat or kitten is a unique individual and her feeding requirements will vary with breed, environment, age and activity. That's why we suggest using the feeding guide as a starting point, and monitoring your cat or kitten's weight and adjusting amounts as needed. We also recommend feeding her twice daily and always keeping fresh, clean water available.When switching diets, it's important to transition your cat or kitten as it takes time for her digestive system to adapt to the richer nutrient levels in ACANA. Over a 5-7 day period, gradually mix in ACANA, increasing the amount each day so that by day 7 you are feeding 100% ACANA. Use a standard 8-ounce measuring cup. Serve dry or lightly moistened. See your veterinarian regularly. To help maintain freshness, we recommend sealing the bag tightly and storing it in a cool, dry location.

It's a nice choice for non-chicken meal kibble. Out of the two cats, the one I intended it for did seem to love it, and we are on our 2nd bag. For some reason she just stopped eating it, mid-bag, so I can't find fault with the product. What can I say? That's a cat for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the food quickly, it appeared to be a quality product, there was not a lot of dust at the bottom of the bag which I seem to find in cheaper, lower quality foods. My cat was not overly impressed with the food at first when I began mixing it in with his current food, he would eat around it. He eventually started eating it and seemed to enjoy it. It didn’t give him any upset stomach, and he was healthy the whole time using this brand of food. His coat was clean and shiny, and his weight stayed steady.
