We have used this for a month or 2 now and REALLY enjoy it! No issues with leaking and they drink the water just fine. So glad I found a glass options instead of plastic. The glass is also thick so it has a harder time breaking so far 2 drops on hard ground and it hasn’t broken. Can’t say anything for concrete

Yes, I recommend this product.

Customer Care

Thank you for your review! We're glad this has been a reliable choice for your rabbits. It's always nice to find something that works well day after day, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Never buy any of the water bottles here. They only have one steel ball in the tube, there are supposed to be two so it works properly. It will dispense water for the first like 30 licks but then the tube won't refill properly and your animal will be without water and you'll be none the wiser. I bought a different plastic bottle from Petco and it had the same issue so I will be returning both.

No, I do not recommend this product.
