Is it safe to use saline nasal spray on a 10-week-old puppy?

Saline nasal spray can help moisten the nasal passages. This needs to be 100% saline with no decongestants. If the nasal discharge persists, I would recommend having buddy looked at by a veterinarian to make sure this is not infectious or due to something else such as dry eye that needs different treatment. This is usually treated with antibiotics. I recommend that you have your pup evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. If the discharge is clear then give it a few days to see if it resolves on its own, because it is possible this is just allergic rhinitis. If the clear draingae is severe, then you can also call your vet to see if they can recommend antihistamines for Panda to try. However if the discharge is any other color, then it's best to take Panda in to your vet for treatment because an infection is likely present, requiring the use of antibiotics to clear things up. If it is just a saline eye wash than you can use it to clean her eyes. If she is having problems with her eyes than it would be a good idea to have a vet examine her to determine the cause. She may need medications to treat.

It is not normal for dogs to have chronic nasal congestion at a young age. Would be concerned about upper respiratory infection that might need antibiotics. I would recommend taking Him to a veterinarian to make sure his lungs sound clear.

Regular saline eye drops may help but if she is still scratching at her eyes then there may be something else going on such as an eye infection that may need other medications like antibiotics to help treat. I would take her in to see her vet if she is still bothering her eye(s).
