Who to contact about vet misconduct or a problem with my vet?

I'm very sorry that people often bully you, and that you fear they are hurting your cat behind your back. I didn't see the first post you made about believing these vets put pets in their microwave oven, so unfortunately I don't know what was previously said to make you think the experts at Pet Coach doubt your story. I can certainly understand how one of the experts would be suspicious of this information, as this kind of behavior would go against everything a vet and vet tech stand for in this profession, and would also have huge legal implications. In your case, I think it would be wise of you to discuss your concerns with a trusted friend or professional in your area, who can guide you in getting to the bottom of this information, and may put your mind at rest. It certainly would be scary to believe this is happening, and seeking help to deal with these fears would be the best option for you.

We're trying to get involved in Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach as many veterinarians as we can, but we still have a long way to go. So, if you can't find your vet, we recommend you contact the clinic directly by phone or stop in to make an appointment or to request your pet's medical records.

You will need to contact the veterinary office who gave the vaccines. Some have access to records online but others only have a paper copy. I hope this is helpful and please feel free to post any additional questions.

If you want to have a one-on-one discussion you could consider using the Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach consulation service where you can ask numerous questions in the same session. Becoming a vet usually requires a bachelor's degree (though some schools do not require it and only have specific course requirements taken prior to applying to vet school, most students applying nowadays do have bachelor's degrees) and then veterinary school is 4 years of study. After this, some vets go directly into practicing while others who may want to specialize may complete and internship and residency which add a few more years to their studies.

Unfortunately I cannot contact you outside this site :-( My recommendation is to have your vet contact a vet at a vet school in the US for guidance and help with the surgery. Vets will consult with other vets for help with surgeries, and many vet are willing to provide this help. That way, your vet gets one on one help. Best of luck!
