My puppy has trouble eating, drinking, and sticking out her tongue.

That is unusual. It could be that her tongue is ‘tied’ meaning it has an attachment further up the tongue than normal and she can’t extend it. Your doctor may be able to see it but if Avery is very wiggly, she might have to be sedated to get a good view. There may be a surgical option to fix this. Try feeding her out of a treat ball. She will have to roll this ball around to get the kibble out so it will slow things down. Make sure she can pick the kibble up off the ground as well. She could be nauseous but typically dogs have a decreased appetite with that. I would also be concerned about a bad/infected tooth. I recommend taking her to a vet for a good oral exam. Poor pup! At two months old, your pup should definitely be able to eat solid food and keep it down at this point - so if he can't, this definitely warrants a vet visit. I would recommend taking him in for an exam as soon as possible. He may need lab work, x-rays, or other testing to help determine what is causing this and see what kind of treatment is needed.

Yes, it looks like this puppy has a pretty severe cleft palate. I would recommend having the puppy evaluated by the vet. Some of these can be fixed surgically. The vet may show you how to tube feed this puppy to make sure the milk is getting to the stomach and is not being inhaled through this hole (so that the milk gets into the lungs and causes pneumonia). You should start weighing the puppy daily on a small kitchen scale to make sure it is gaining weight every day.
