Hello and thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear Texas is not feeling very well. Vomiting, lethargy, diarrhea, and decreased appetite are very concerning signs and have many causes behind them. Infectious causes, internal organ dysfunction, or a foreign body or GI obstruction could be at play. Texas is really better off in the care of a veterinarian today as a veterinary hospital will be able to diagnose and treat Texas effectively and give him the proper care he needs. If a vet isn't an option, there are not a lot of home treatments for these symptoms. Try and keep Texas hydrated to offering water to him frequently and offering him unflavored pedialyte in his water may help as well as feeding him a bland diet of boiled chicken and rice. Vomiting, diarrhea and lethargy are quite concerning in any dog, especially puppies because of the diseases they can get such as parvovirus. I recommend that you have him evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment. They would be able to check for this disease as well as checking for other possibilities such as intestinal worms or other infections. The sooner these diseases are diagnosed the better the outcome tends to be. At the very least, Gus can be started on anti-nausea and anti-diarrhea medications and his hydration status can be checked. The most likely diagnosis for a puppy with Jack Jack's symptoms is parvo virus. I suggest you get him to a vet as soon as possible for an exam and parvo test. This is serious and life-threatening. Do not try to continue to treat him at home. He may not have parvo as there are other things that can, of course, cause his symptoms but regardless of what is ailing him he is very sick and needs veterinary intervention.

I'm not sure what "puppy dp" (perhaps a distemper/parvo vaccine) is but I'm concerned about Billi. Sometimes only one deworming treatment doesn't completely resolve a worm infestation. Ideally, puppies are dewormed every 2 weeks starting at 2 weeks of age until they are 12 weeks old. However, I rarely see puppies actually feel bad if worms are present, especially if they have been dewormed once. My bigger concern is another, more serious problem, such as parvovirus or an intestinal foreign body/blockage. Puppies aren't fully protected with just one vaccine (if that is what you mean by "dp") so it is possible for them to contact it. He needs to be seen very urgently, as I'm worried about hypoglycemia and dehydration. Please get him checked out by a vet as soon as possible.

They will likely test him for intestinal parasites (so bring a fresh stool sample with you if you can) and test for parvovirus. If those tests are normal, they may take radiographs of his abdomen to look for foreign objects in his GI tract. Once a diagnosis is made they can discuss treatment options. Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Bon Chon! Have you taken his temperature rectally or does he just feel warm? Anything over 103 F is a fever rectally in a dog. Since he isn't holding water and food down now he needs to see a Veterinarian. He is too young and will dehydrate quickly. Causes of vomiting in puppies are: intestinal parasites, viral (especially parvo virus if not vaccinated) and bacterial infections, ate something gross outside, ate something causing a blockage, food allergy/intolerance, reaction to a new food/treat or people food. I would have Bon Chon seen as soon as you can. I wish you the best!

Poor Oso. Unfortunately there are a lot of different reasons that could be causing him to act like this like parasites (worms), giardia, a bacterial infection, a foreign body, an intestinal obstruction and much more. I would have your vet take a look at him since he is so small. They will likely do a fecal to look for worm eggs - you usually will not be able to see the actual worms in their poop. They may also recommend blood work or x-rays if needed. They will be able to get him on the proper meds to help him feel better. Also, I would try not to get into the habit of hand feeding him as he may get use to this and require it as he gets older for attention. I hope this helps!
