My puppy is sick: vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy. What should I do?

With Toby bring such a young dog and being so ill I would highly advise that you take him to a vet who can hospitilise him on fluids. If he is vomiting and having loose motions I imagine he is very dehydrated.

Poor puppy. He is so sick. Because it has been more than 24 hrs with this pup, I would highly recommend taking him to your vet to be seen. He most likely has a serious illness that requires prescription medications and supportive care through the vet. I would have him seen today if possible. Until you can get him in, offer him some non-flavored Pedialyte diluted 50:50 with water to help keep him hydrated. Dehydration is the biggest concern with puppies at this age who are ill. Hi there. Coco really needs to be hospitalized for this condition as soon as possible. If she has shown no improvement she may be having a delayed reaction to the tick bite (or something else) and need a course of steroids, etc along with her antibiotics and iv fluids. If she cannot hold down food, low glucose is a huge worry with a puppy this small as well and can lead to seizures, lethargy, etc. she is also anemic-which your doctor has probably informed you.
