Why is my puppy pooping a lot today but seems fine otherwise?

Your puppy sounds very ill, and if Aurora hasn't been vaccinated, she could be suffering from parvovirus causing her to throw up, have runny stools, and not eat or drink. It could also be she has a severe GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, could have a foreign body, or could have a pyometra as I see she's not spayed. It's not common to get a pyometra in puppies, but it can happen. I would consider her symptoms a medical emergency, and she needs to see a vet now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. I wouldn't be too concerned about increased urination - the canned food has an increased water content and this may be the reason she is urinating more often. If you notice blood in her urine or if she seems to be straining to urinate while passing small amounts you may want to check in with your vet to make sure she doesn't have a urinary tract infection.

Your dog may have diarrhea or constipation issues. You can try a high fiber diet like Hills I/d for a few days and see if this clears up the issues, or add canned pumpkin to her food.
