My puppy won't eat or drink. Is it safe for him to meet other dogs?

You can try offering a bland diet of chicken breast and cooked white rice to encourage him to eat (you can add a little extra broth for hydration). A puppy that isn't eating is cause for concern even if you aren't seeing him show any other signs of illness. 2 days is enough time to be concerned if he isn't eating/drinking normally. If she seems fine otherwise with a good activity level, I recommend you try a highly palatable diet such as the Purina Pro Plan shredded blends or potentially consider adding pieces of boiled chicken or dog grade gravy to make her current diet more palatable. If he is refusing to eat and is only sleeping, this is worrisome behavior in a puppy.
