Yes, there is still time for Coco to get a bigger belly, but keep in mind that just like with human women, female dogs all carry puppies differently and some will get bigger than others. I hope this helps!

It is possible that this is a false pregnancy, but the only way to really tell is with an x-ray or ultrasound exam. At this point of her pregnancy it may be difficult to feel individual puppies, especially due to size of the puppies & if this is a rather large litter. An increased respiratory rate could be a direct result of her pregnancy putting increased pressure on her diaphragm. I think it is well worth an x-ray to know how many puppies are there. It can be difficult to tell if young mothers are indeed pregnant as small litters can cause minimal stretch, especially up to the final week. An ultrasound exam would be recommended in order to determine if she is indeed pregnant (false pregnancy can also lead to milk production)

As she nears the end of her pregnancy, around 60-65 days, you'll want to have an X-ray taken to count number of babies (if you don't know by then) to know how many to expect, and make sure a whelping box is ready for her to use when she goes into labor.
