Please have Leilani seen by a vet right away. It sounds like she may be dealing with a neurologic problem, and she is likely suffering. It is difficult to give a prognosis without further diagnostics, as she could also be dealing with weakness from systemic diseases, low blood sugar, trauma, or toxin ingestion. A vet visit is needed immediately to determine the cause of his signs and guide treatment, as the prognosis could worsen drastically without treatment. Peaches needs to see the veterinarian quickly. It sounds like this may be neurological and this is never normal. It can indicate many things including toxin ingestion, drug exposure, an infection in the brain, brain cancer, drug exposure, low blood sugar and other sinister reasons. A physical exam and bloodwork are needed to begin figuring out the cause and the best treatment. Other diagnostics may also be indicated. I hope it's nothing too serious and that she gets back to normal quickly.

So, potential serious concerns would be 1. poisoning (ie antifreeze, pot, chemicals, rotten carcasses, etc.) 2. seizures (dogs get epilepsy and it commonly presents in puppies 3. metabolic issue like a liver shunt can cause neurologic symptoms 4. trauma to the brain like being hit by a car. Any neurologic symptoms are very serious and I would take him to an emergency veterinarian for a full workup.

Poor guy. It sounds like your puppy likely has a severe infection. I would highly recommend getting him seen first thing in the morning at any vet that is open and able. If an ER vet is the only option, then I would highly recommend going there. The vet needs to check your pup for parvovirus. I'm wondering if you mean that his head is shaking when you say he can't keep it still. That would be involuntary head tremors, and could be caused by an injury, toxins, inflammation, hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), weakness, or pain. He might be lethargic as well. You have a couple of options in this case. You can take him into a vet right away for an exam to be safe, and I typically recommend doing that since I can't see the animal in person to say if they will be ok or not. In my opinion, it's always best to be safe and have an animal seen by a vet when there are concerns about their health. The other option is to monitor him for now. If his symptoms continue for the next couple of hours, they worsen, or he develops additional signs such as vomiting, anorexia, seizures, or any other concerning signs, I would take him into a vet right away.
