Hello. She may be having some irritation from her anal sacs/glands. These can become impacted or infected and are itchy or painful. A veterinarian or even some groomers can express these for you. Try calling a grooming center to see if they offer just that service alone to keep your costs low. There may even be instructional videos online to teach you how to do it yourself, but it can be unpleasant and most dogs do not like it. This wound is likely going to need to be addressed locally with wound cleaning, debridement and most likely by replacing those stitches that came out. At the same time, she is likely to need antibiotics as well. In the meantime, I recommend that you limit her activity as much as possible and use an e-collar to prevent further self-trauma. At the same time, they may be able to check her for the bloody stool which could be secondary to medications if she is on something like a pain killer or antibiotic after her surgery. Good luck! Given that Stanley was recently neutered and had abdominal surgery to find the undescended testicle, he may be a little painful still and that's causing him to cry out in pain when pooping. It could be as well that if he is on pain medication, it is making him a little constipated, and you can try adding a tablespoon of canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling) in with his food to see if that helps. If this doesn't help, and he's still crying when pooping after 24-48 hours, then I would take him into the vet for an exam.

From your post I am assuming that Lilly is producing stool, but she is asking to go out and poop a lot and is crying before and after pooping. Is the stool normal or diarrhea? If it is loose then she likely has diarrhea and is crying and going more often because she has the urge or feeling she has to go. If the stool is normal then I would have her anal glands examined and a rectal exam performed by your Vet. If she has diarrhea, fast her for 12 hours to rest her tummy then feed a bland diet of boiled chicken or hamburger mixed with rice. Feed 1 cup per 20 lbs per day as small frequent meals. Swelling around the anal region could be an indication of an impacted or infected anal gland. The constipation you describe could be due to lack of fiber in the diet, eating something out of the ordinary, or perhaps an infectious cause such as an intestinal worm infection. If Mila has not seen her veterinarian for this yet, I would recommend this happen soon.
