Hello, sorry to hear about Barfi. If all of her blood examinations are coming back within normal limits, including her blood sugar, they I would recommend consulting with a neurologist.

What you are describing may be a signs of intention tremors, which could be associated with cerebellar disease, or improper development of her cerebellum. Nonetheless, there are other conditions such as a liver shunt or some rare myopathies which could cause her tremors.

If her signs worsen when attempting to eat, or when becoming excited, then I would be most suspicious about cerebellar disease. Please consult with your veterinarian about a referral to a neurologist if deemed adequate for Barfi.

Hope this helps and best of luck.
