Also don't forget to stimulate him to defecate and urinate before and after every feeding. I would recommend to feed Royal Canin Puppy food. Its an easy to digest food that should be less likely to cause upset stomach. Wash her and make sure to pick off any fleas you see. If you decide to keep her, take her into a vet as soon as you can to get a deworming done and start vaccines if she is old enough. The doctor can also estimate her age. I hope this helps!

It's difficult to tell age without being able to examine her, but she's likely 3-4 weeks based on the picture. You'll need to buy some dog milk replacer from the pet store and feed this for at-least the next 2- 3 weeks. The puppy at this stage is best being close to the mother. Because you don't have access to her, you'll want to create the environment. You'll need to visit your local Pet store and pick up a puppy feeding kit. This should include a breastmilk substitute/formula, a bottle, and nipples. He'll need to be fed often until he's a little older. Keep him warm with a warm water bottle and be sure to stay close. If he seems weak or unresponsive you'll need to take him to the Veterinarian immediately. The best solution would be to find his mother (if you can) and let him stay with her until 6-8 weeks of age.
