My dog is acting weak after applying flea treatment. I have already washed it off with dish soap, should I give her claritin?

No, Claritin will not help whatsoever. Just monitor her closely for now, make sure she has appetite and goes to her walks without problems, if she is not eating or doesn't want to go to walks then you will have to take her to your vet for treatment.
