Why does my dog throw up without warning after eating, but seems fine?

If Tink is vomiting, I would not let her have any food or water as this may lead to more vomiting and quicken dehydration. Because she is so small it will take long for dehydration to set it. The lethargy and vomiting can be a sign of diet change, infection, pancreatitis, or even stress induced if there has been any changes. I would take her to the vet this evening to have some blood work done to find out the source of her sudden symptoms.

It is concerning that Peanut has been throwing up a few times a day for the past few days because that isn't normal. Given he's been throwing up for a few days, I would have him seen by a vet to diagnose the cause of the vomiting. Causes may include Gi illness, foreign body, kidney disease, liver disease, or cancer among others. Once a cause is found, the vet can discuss treatment options with you.

Just like humans, pets can vomit for many reasons including parvo, eating something she shouldn't have, parasites, toxins or an intestinal blockage (which can be fatal). because some of these reasons can be very serious and because it has been going on tor 2 days, I recommend to have Kenzie examined first thing tomorrow morning. She needs treatment to fix what ever is causing the vomiting and at this point, she may have some dehydration or electrolyte imbalance issues. Any pet vomiting beyond 48 hours needs to be examined. Any pet vomiting beyond 24 hours should be examined by the veterinarian. Any pet who is vomiting more than twice in a day or not holding down water also needs to be examined by the veterinarian. I am concerned that the shaking you are seeing indicates abdominal pain which is very worrisome for an intestinal blockage or pancreatitis. I recommend to have Pantufla examined today. As long as Loyalty seems ok and is eating and holding down some food it's ok to just keep an eye on her. If the vomiting continues or she seems ill then I recommend you take her in for an exam. She could have something in her stomach or the vomiting could be from a kidney or liver problem. If she's sick they will do an exam and blood work to find the reason. They may do an X-ray too. Once they have a diagnosis then they can give her the right treatment. Hopefully she just are something that upset her stomach and she's better now.
