I remove the rug and she Peed on the floor I put potty pad down she stopped old rug is back down no accidents in several days had her checked for a uti that was negative I had made another appointment for blood work but now I’m wondering should I cancel it since the accidents have stopped.. she’s eating her wet food and most of her kibble and can’t get enough treats and loves her walks

It is up to you if you want to cancel the blood testing but in reality, it is always a good idea to have the blood testing results. Now, if she was actively urinating (like squatting to pee) in the house on that rug, that may have been a behavioral issue since there was no UTI. If she was just leaking urine passively while she is laying down then it more likely she has urinary incontinence and those symptoms can come and go.
