Why does my dog have small bubbles on her skin? Is it serious?

I don't think this looks serious. I suggest you apply a topical antibiotic cream to the area. If after a week it does not appear to be healing then she should go back to the vet for a follow-up exam.

Hello, thank you for your question about Oona. Based on the photo that you've attached and the lack of symptoms I suspect that this is a benign skin lesion such as a blood blister, cyst, or mild infection of one of her sweat glands/hair follicles. Since Oona is not bothered by this lesion and it has not changed I would recommend continuing to monitor her. If at any point she starts to rub/scratch at the area or you notice it growing in size I would recommend having her seen by your veterinarian. Hope this helps!

These look like an acute allergic reaction to something she has come in contact with or insect bites and would be expected to resolve uneventfully. Monitor for any distress or breathing difficulties but these are very rare

Thank you for the picture, it's helpful! I see some dry skin (dandruff) in the picture, but I also see what looks like some whitish lumps on Tank's skin. Those may be benign growths, but without seeing him in person, I can't say for certain. I do agree it's weird looking, and I think it should be checked out by a vet. It's not an emergency but I would see if you can take him into the vet in the next week or so. I hope this helps!

Hello. It looks like Darby is having a mild allergic reaction to something. This can be an insect bite/sting, inhalant allergen, or something ingested. As long as she is not symptomatic, no itching, scratching, panting, restlessness, then she will be fine. If it continues, you might want to get with your veterinarian to get to the bottom of the cause of her hives. Thank you.

Hello. This could just be a cyst or small tumor such as a histiocytoma. At this point, it does not look worrisome, so just monitor for any changes in size &/or shape. Hello, it does not look like anything overall concerning at this time. Some dogs may develop cyst on their lips which may resolve on their own. Keep a close eye on it, and if you see it get larger, become firm, or develop any discharge, then you should indeed have him seen. If needed the likely next step is to remove, since medicine would not resolve that unless it was an infection which it does not initially appear to be. Hope this helps and best of luck.
