Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 2 months old

He was having homemade cup of chicken broth twice a day so is it possible this inflamed skin and rash is because of this chicken broth and he also have 2 chicken salamis daily once a day . Vet prescribed prednisone 10mg once a day for two days And Augmenting 650mg once a day along with terbinafine 250mg twice a day for 15 days So at moment he had only one dose for now and it is not affecting still inflammation is there Also can he eat chicken in future or red meat ?

You need to give him more time to see if he responds to the medication. I would keep him away from chicken in the future. Other meats or fish should be fine. Talk to your vet about the Augmentin dosage - it should be given twice a day, not once.
