Oh my poor guy. If you have already tried Betadine to resolve this skin condition then it is best to have Diana seen by your veterinarian at this point for stronger, pet friendly allergy medication to help with her skin condition. I would ask about trying Apoquel allergy medication for Diana. Environmental or food allergies are likely the cause of these skin lesions. Here is website link that discusses canine allergies more in detail. http://www.veterinarypartner.com/Content.plx?P=A&S=0&C=0&A=1535
Until you can get Diana in to be seen by your vet, you can try an over the counter aloe based or oatmeal based shampoo to help soothe the skin a little bit. Also a pet friendly Fish oil from your local pet store has natural anti-inflammatory properties that can help somewhat. Best of luck with Diana and her skin allergy issues. Take care.
