My dog is suddenly sick: not eating, drinking, vomiting, peeing a lot.

It sounds like Suzi needs to visit a vet for an examination and work-up. Drinking more water can be a sign of kidney disease, liver disease, diabetes, Cushing's disease, etc. Your vet can run some lab-work to diagnose and then determine the best way to treat. Please call your vet and have her seen as there really isn't anything you can do at home without some veterinary care.

Increased thirst and urination as well as weight loss can indicate diabetes, kidney disease, a liver problem or even a uterine infection. Regardless, she will need treatment. The rodenticide toxin you mentioned typically causes a bleeding disorder. While it is possible she could have eaten some, her signs are not consistent with bleeding. I would be very concerned about that amount of weight loss and I doubt it would be related to fleas alone. Kidney disease, diabetes or certain types of cancer could cause weight loss and an increase in water consumption. I would recommend seeing a veterinarian- they may recommend checking some blood work after a physical exam.
