Why is my dog shaking, falling, and has a lump with swollen nipple?

Oh my. Poor girl. Her belly is seriously distended which could be caused by congestive heart failure, a mass, or a condition called pyometra (infected uterus seen in nonspayed female dogs). The vet will want to do a proper exam and then next would be radiographs (x-rays) of her belly and bloodwork to pinpoint the underyling problem. It could be that she has mammary tumors also causing these symptoms. If she had puppies recently, she could have mastitis (an infection of the mammary glands). Finally, she could have a pyometra which is an infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment. Because both mastitis and a pyometra are fatal without treatment, and since I can't see her in person to rule them out, I think it's best that she sees a vet right away. The lump needs to be checked and analysed as there are many conditions and types of tumors that could look like that. take Skittles to the vet, they will perform a fine needle aspiration on the growth and send it to the lab for analysis. when the result comes, the vet will advise what needs to be done according to the diagnosis.

Poor Mini! I see that she isn't spayed, and I would be very concerned that these two bumps around her nipples are mammary tumors. Dogs who are not spayed are prone to developing mammary tumors, and 50% of those tumors are malignant. They will be painful as well, causing her to not want to eat and possibly vomit. The best thing to do is have her seen by a vet as soon as possible. The vet will need to do biopsy of these bumps to diagnose if they are malignant or benign. Should they be malignant, they will need to be removed surgically, and her local lymph nodes will need to be checked to see if there has been localized spread of the cancer.
