My dog is scared of storms and has recurring red jelly-like poop.

If the blood and mucous is coming from his anal gland, he may have an infected anal gland. If that is the case, he may need an infusion or oral antibiotics to resolve it. I'm sorry to hear Cooper is having issues. Bloody stool like you are describing can have a variety of causes, including dietary indiscretion, gastroenteritis, a virus, or an overgrowth of clostridium bacteria in the colon, among others. I would recommend he be evaluated by his regular veterinarian to determine the underlying cause for his diarrhea, have any necessary testing done, and get started on any treatment (antidiarrheal, probiotic) that may be needed to help resolve it. This could be caused by a bacterial infection, Calli eating something abnormal like table scraps or a food intolerance/allegedly. GI parasites can also cause diarrhea. Some cases do fine with a bland diet and monitoring at home but others can become dehydrated and need further care. If Callie continues to have diarrhea, is not eating and/or drinking, or starts vomiting she needs to be examined by a veterinarian.

You can add a canine probiotic to the diet that can help restore nirnak bacteria. You can feed boiled chicken and rice and yogurt also. A sample should be checked for parasites as he may need to be dewormed. Sometimes this can be caused by an infection, diet changes or stress from a new home and routine. If vomiting starts it he stops eating he needs to be seen immediately

The scooting is probably due to impacted anal glands, this is common in dogs suffering from diarrhea. i would recommend fasting your dog for 12 hours and then feeding him boiled chicken and rice in small quantities until you get him to the vet tomorrow.

This looks like Bear has soft stool, close to diarrhea. The red color could be caused by the color of his dogfood, but it could also be a little blood. If Bear is happy, does not appear ill, lethargic , eats and drinks you can do the following: Diarrhea can have many causes such as a food over sensitivity, eating something that does not agree with the dog, intestinal parasites, an intestinal blockage, bacterial infection, viral infection, the weather, food change, stress, etc.  I would fast Bear for 24 hours and then put him on bland food for two days, such as boiled white rice and boiled white boneless chicken meat, fed in small quantities over several feeds and then transition back to regular food slowly over a few days. If this does not clear up the diarrhea or he starts vomiting, or if Bear gets lethargic, he needs to see a veterinarian for an exam as there may be something more serious such as an infection going on.

The red steak in the picture may be blood; or I could also be convinced that it is some light red material in the poo. If your dog tends to rip up things like clothes or other non-food items, then I would inspect the poo a little closer. If it is blood, then no need to worry too much at this time. This indicates that Paxi has bleeding in her colon, rectum, or anus. This can happen due to certain infections, or trauma (this can happen if Paxi is scooting) to the anus. However, this bleeding is often transient (often goes away in a day or two) and does not need treatment right away. If she also had diarrhea, then I would be more concerned. If the stools remain a normal shape like this, and Paxi is otherwise behaving normal, then I think it's OK to wait a day or two and see if the red streaks stop. If you continue to see this for more than 24 hours, then I recommend taking Paxi and a poo sample to the vet for examination. I hope that helps and all is well with Paxi.
