My dog has pus from his penis, goopy eyes, and vision loss. What now?

This is a sign of conjunctivitis. It may have developed from allergies or an eye irritant like smoke or pollen. You can wipe the discharge from the eyes with a warm wet cloth, and use sterile eye drops to flush out the discharge. Since the discharge is pussy Pepper has an infection that would clear up more quickly with prescription eye ointment. I recommend an exam with your veterinarian. They will examine the eyes and may stain them to check for a corneal injury and also will check to see if Pepper has normal tear production. Dogs with dry eyes can be more prone to conjunctivitis. Poor Willow! This white pus in his eyes are a sign of an eye infection, and he has to see a vet immediately for it. The eye is such an important and delicate structure that any problem with them should be considered an emergency. Leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I would take Willow into an ER vet or find a vet on call to see him now. While there, the vet can investigate the cause of his vomiting, which can certainly be caused by eating something he shouldn't, as well as parvovirus, GI illness, or a foreign body.

You need to take Heaven into the vet first thing in the morning. Any eye problem needs to be checked out promptly by a vet, as leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. She could have something in her eye or may have injured it. It could also be due to allergies.

Poor Sassy! That is very swollen. If it is just the eyelid that is affected, it should be fine to wait until tomorrow to take her to the vet, but if anything gets worse overnight, I would take her right in. If you see signs such as squinting, redness, drainage from the eye, or a cloudiness in the clear part of the eye, I would take her in tonight.
