Inappropriate elimination like this can indicate a urinary tract infection, or complications controlling the flow of urine from the bladder. In order to narrow-down the cause of this, you will have to take Tucker to be evaluated by a veterinarian. The vet will be able to analyze the urine and narrow-down the cause of this. Once the cause is understood, there are medications that can be prescribed to help control this behavior.

I hope that helps and Tucker gets better soon.
