You should call the vet and give him/her an update so they know what is going on with your dog. Your vet may want to see her or just ask you to bring in a urine sample to check for an infection. If she has a urinary tract infection, your vet may prescribe an antibiotic, unless she is already on an antibiotic post-spay.

The wound looks quite healthy but there is a small amount of not completely clear discharge coming out from it. I cannot see any skin sutures as well. I would recommend an immediate check up to determine if skin sutures were removed accidentally (by licking it). Antibiotics (local) may be needed. I would be very concerned about Bubbles, and take her into a vet immediately. I see that she isn't spayed, which means she can develop a life threatening infection of the uterus called a pyometra. A pyometra is fatal without treatment, and it causes vomiting, weakness, and lethargy, all signs she is showing. Without seeing her in person, I can't say for certain if she has one or not, but because of the seriousness of a pyometra I would take her into vet now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. It can be normal to vomit once or twice in the 24 hours following anesthesia but I wouldn't expect Sadie to be experiencing side effects from anesthesia at this point. I would recommend having your veterinarian examine her if the vomiting and decreased appetite continue: it may or may not be related to her recent surgery. If she is on a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory pain medication like carprofen or meloxicam it would be best to discontinue the medication since these can sometimes cause stomach upset - your vet can prescribe a different pain medication if necessary.

It is not uncommon for pets to feel nauseous after surgery. If she is vomiting water, I would not give her food or water overnight. If she continues vomiting she should be seen by a veterinarian to figure out if there is something else going on that could be unrelated to the surgery. As long as she doesn't vomit overnight, you can start offering a small amount of water. If she holds that down, you can then give her a small amount of her regular food.

Sometimes they will have discolored urine if there is still a little blood stuck in the vulva from the surgery or if they didn't drink much water yesterday. I would watch her closely and make sure she is getting plenty of water. If the urine continues to stay dark or if she isn't feeling well in any other way, I would have your vet take a look at her to ensure she hasn't developed an urinary tract infection.
