Call your regular vet; even though they are closed at this hour, they will have a recording of how to reach a vet in case of emergency, which this is. I wish there was more I could offer you to try at home, but delaying getting her seen could make things worse. She needs IV fluids if she had that much bloody diarrhea.

Unfortunately, there is no pill or medication that can make Lil gain weight. There could be an underlying malabsorption or maldigestion condition. This may require special blood tests or biopsies to diagnose. You could try a high performance or high protein diet to get the weight on. Any diet change should take place gradually over 7-10 days to avoid stomach upset.

Diarrhea can be due to bacterial overgrowth in the colon, liver or pancreatic disease, or parasites that are not covered by a typical dewormer. If you are seeing blood you should definitely make an appointment to see a vet. They may want to check a stool sample or even check some blood work.

This is an absolute emergency and requires urgent veterinary care. GE may have an intestinal obstruction or severe gastroenteritis and will require urgent treatment to investigate the cause and stop the vomiting as well as replacing the lost fluids

Other possible causes include severe gastroenteritis (gut infection), pancreatitis, toxin ingestion, or parasites. The vet will start by performing a thorough physical exam, looking for any bumps or sources of bleeding. They may recommend blood work or x-rays to further pinpoint the problem. At minimum, they can offer supportive treatments such as fluid therapy to combat dehydration from the diarrhea, stomach protectants and pain medications. The sooner that she can see the vet, the better. In the meantime, I would offer her small, frequent meals of a bland diet such as boiled chicken and plain white rice, which should be easy to digest. I recommend that you have Layka evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. You can offer a bland diet which may help. This diet could be composed of rice, boiled chicken, ham, turkey, lean hamburgers or low fat cottage cheese. Oh no, poor Maddie! It's very concerning that blood is coming out of her nipple and she should have suffering an injury or infection causing the lump and the blood. I would have her seen by a vet for this as soon as possible. The vet can diagnose what is causing her symptoms so she can be treated.
