My dog's nose is crooked and sunken after a fall. What to do?

They may need to take a biopsy to determine the actual cause, then they can start an appropriate treatment plan.

That is a really large swelling so he should be examined and treated by a vet. Your vet can do some testing to figure out the cause and then prescribe medications to treat. He may need an antibiotic, anti-histamine, corticosteroid, or other medications. Please call your vet and have him examined.

This does not appear to be a bite of any form. Could be scratches. I don't see anything here that I would be overly concerned with and I don't think your vet would do anything at this stage either. If you want to try something I would recommend you use this wound spray on the nose. It won't hurt her if he licks it off but I suggest you try to minimize that because if he licks it off, it can't work. So, I suggest soaking a cotton ball with the spray and then wiping it on the nose. Dogs don't typically like being sprayed in the face; you don't want to scare him. Put it on and then distract him for a few minutes with a Kong filled with treats or something similar to get his mind off of it. It should dry rather quickly and you don't need to use a lot - just a very thin layer twice a day. Poor Punky! If her nose is swelling you could put an ice pack on it and see if that helps. You should have your vet take a look at it to determine if treatment is needed. She may need an antibiotic to prevent infection and an anti-inflammatory to help with pain and swellimg.

Kaiser likely has bruising in the soft raised ridged spot. It looks like he abraded the skin from his muzzle as well and some damaged skin appears to be peeling. Especially if he is not acting ike it hurts, I recommend just waiting for the skin and bruising to heal within a week or two. It does not look like his skin is infected, however if the area becomes more swollen over the next few days/appears oozy, I recommend bringing him to your veterinarian for antibiotics and non-steroidal anti- inflammatory pain medication +/- a topical steroid/antibiotic ointment for a potential abscess. Currently it looks like just bruised/abraded skin that will heal on its own with time. Good luck!
