My puppy is howling and can't walk right. Should I see a vet?

I would take Gulli back into a vet immediately. It's quite serious that she has completely stopped walking, and she could have a serious problem with her back, neck, and/or hips preventing her from walking. That sounds serious and I recommend to have Bailey seen today by her veterinarian. The main things that come to mind are an injury of some sort or congenital abnormality to the neck or spine. Any injury however to the legs could look like this if Bailey is in so much pain that she does not want to move. Severe GI pain from an intestinal blockage may also look like this. An infection could also make a pet not want to move around and feel very bad. Regardless, it's been going on for a week and it's not going away. It could be Gypsy hurt herself when she slipped and that's why she howled afterwards. I recommend resting her for the next 48 hours. No running, jumping, or playing. Your puppy may have an injury in his back, hips or knees, or something going on in his abdomen that is causing his pain. Because he is so young and there could be many different causes of his discomfort. I would recommend taking him into the vet to be examined as soon as possible. Losing function in the limbs is not normal and can indicate a serious infection, injury to the spinal cord, ingestion of drugs, medication or poisons, or tick paralysis.
