Nike should be examined by your veterinarian. A urine sample can be collected and submitted for urinalysis to diagnose crystals in the urine. Depending on the type present, Nike may need medication or a diet change to resolve the issue. Abdominal xrays or ultrasound may be recommended to diagnose bladder or kidney stones and to assess bladder and kidney size and architecture.
