I would recommend that Chico get checked out by a vet. There could be lots of causes including a torn ACL, broken bone, sprained ligament, or even bone or soft tissue cancer. After a physical exam, the vet may recommend x-rays to determine what is going on.

You need to have Chico seen by a vet today for this. He could have a severe eye infection, and rubbing his eye will make things worse. Any eye problem has to be checked out by a vet promptly as leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. Please take him into a vet today.

If she is dealing with a protein / fluid imbalance in her body, this could be causing fluid accumulation in various areas of the body. If something is causing lymph fluid to accumulate in the leg, I would want that also examined sooner rather than later. It does not sound like an injury since she is not painful and given that you are describing it as a sac of fluid, I would want her examined and have this looked at by a vet soon. You need to take your pet to the ER hospital right away to have this leg x-rayed (radiographed) and splinted/casted to stabilize the leg and avoid further injury or pain to your pet. I would recommend bringing Chico to a veterinarian. If you can't get there today then I would put an elizabethan collar on him so he cannot lick at his foot. It almost looks like a possible infection. Your veterinarian will be able to evaluate it better when they examine him.
