My dog is sick: fever, shivering, wobbly, no appetite. What to do?

Poor girl. These symptoms are highly suggestive of a toxin or drug intoxication. If this has been going on for more than 15-20 minutes duration, then I would highly recommend taking Bella Rose in to your local vet for a proper exam, diagnostic testing to hopefully pinpoint the problem, and treatment to help stabilize her condition. IF she did ingest a toxin, then the vet wil lhave to detox her quickly to help prevent any permanent damage on her organ systems, and also to prevent further absorption of the toxin in her gut. Another possible cause for these symptoms is a pyometra (spontaneous uterine infection). This can happen at any time in non-spayed female dogs and leads to septicemia which can cuase similar symptoms invvolved in a toxin ingestion. I see that she isn't spayed, and she could be suffering from a pyometra. This is an infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment, and will cause pain and a lack of appetite. It could also be she injured herself, but without seeing her in person, I can't say for certain. Because I can't rule out a pyometra and the fact that it's very serious, I think it's best you take her into a vet immediately. Based on the symptoms you have outlined, I would guess that Chai most likely has some sort of infection somewhere within the body. Given that there is some vomiting, a reasonable assumption would be somewhere within the digestive tract, liver, or pancreas. Only blood work would provide us with enough information to at least point us in one direction or another. Chai is going to require some medications to address the vomiting and fever, as well as some fluids most likely to correct any dehydration that is taking place. If there is an infection somewhere within the body, at least one antimicrobial drug will be required to clear things up. I don't know about the Philippines, but in USA most of the drugs that will be required to help Chai are prescription only, meaning you will have to find a veterinarian to help you. Some other possibilities other than an infection would include organ failure, an endocrine condition called Addison's disease, and even cancer. The cause of Bobby's sudden discomfort is pretty hard to determine without diagnostics or a physical exam. If going to the vet at the moment isn't an option, just make sure that his temperature is normal (rectal temp between 99.5 - 102.5), that his gums are pink / moist, and that his skin has relatively appropriate elasticity. This will give you a good idea of general stability. In terms of at home remedies, depending on the extent and nature of the vomit you might be somewhat limited. Obviously giving oral medications to an animal that is going to vomit them up is not very useful. If you feel that he can keep anything down, medications like pepsid and prilosec are good at treating upset tummies. The use of this plus a 24 hour fast might be the best thing to do for now. However, if matters continue to go in a downward trend, I would encourage you to find means to get Bobby in for an exam at the very least. Hope this makes sense.

Yes, it sounds like Wonder is painful (shaking), and not herself due to the vomiting. She may also have a fever which could make her lethargic. She is a young dog so most likely she has a stomach upset from something she ate. If she can't hold anything down you should take her to your veterinarian for treatment. She could have eaten something bad, or have something caught in her stomach or intestines. They will do an exam then most likely blood work and an X-ray if needed to find the specific reason she is sick. Then they can prescribe the appropriate treatment. This is a fairly common reason dogs get sick and usually they improve quickly.
