Is it normal for my dog to cry in pain during daily injections?

No, I would not expect her to be in more pain after an injection for pain. Call the vet who saw her today and give him/her an update. If she didn't have an xray of her leg than she probably should. She may also need additional pain medications if the injection did not help.

Poor Jersey. There are so many things that could be going on. If she is eating and drinking and playing then she is likely healthy but she could be painful somewhere or having had separation anxiety. If she is crying mostly when you are away but does okay when you are holding her or near by, this is likely anxiety. You can try playing some music or the tv while you are gone to give her comfort. Some puppies can have some mild pain from the injections. You could call your vet and see if he/she could prescribe an anti-inflammatory to help with the discomfort. It usually only lasts for 24-48 hours.
