Everyheart beat is dead on!!(*I'm a nurse so have a good idea what it's supposed to sound like)Seeing a cardiolgist in 2 weeks....could the vet be wrong?

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Leopold. I recommend keeping your appointment with the cardiologist. Some arrhythmias can be intermittent. His breed, unfortunately, has a high rate of heart disease so it is worth having him thoroughly evaluated. If the cardiologist does not detect an arrhythmia, a holter monitor may be recommended for a longer assessment of his cardiac rhythm. I hope this information helps!
