My dog is quiet, unbalanced, frothing, and chewed wires. What's wrong?

Toxicity wise there isn't much to worry about but the wire could still irritate the stomach and intestines, depending on the amount it could also cause an obstruction. if the wire was connected to the electricity at the time of ingestion he could also have been electrocuted which can cause some internal damage in the lungs and throat for example. you should consider all these options and decide if you want to monitor him for now or take him tp the vet right away for a checkup.

I recommend to have your pup examined by the veterinarian. If you can catch one of these episodes on video, please do so to show the veterinarian. It's possible your pet is having a focal seizure though a cardiovascular problem could cause an altered mentation as well. Try to have her examined today if possible. I hope this helps.

You can check her mouth to see if you see any burns in there, but you would have known right away if she was electrocuted from chewing this cord. I suspect she may be ok, and I would feed her. That looks like a burn from biting on the electrical cord. The soft tissues in her mouth can take a couple of days to show the wound from the electric shock. Take her to the vet tomorrow for a full exam, they will pay particular attention to her mouth and lungs. There are no home remedies that i recommend for this.

Oh dear! This sounds extremely serious - your dog may be having a seizure, or may have a serious illness or ingested something toxic. I'm afraid there is really nothing you can do at home for a problem this serious, so the best advice I can give you is to take your dog to the nearest veterinarian immediately. I would be concerned that he may die without immediate veterinary care.

Poor girl. These symptoms are highly suggestive of a toxin or drug intoxication. If this has been going on for more than 15-20 minutes duration, then I would highly recommend taking Bella Rose in to your local vet for a proper exam, diagnostic testing to hopefully pinpoint the problem, and treatment to help stabilize her condition. IF she did ingest a toxin, then the vet wil lhave to detox her quickly to help prevent any permanent damage on her organ systems, and also to prevent further absorption of the toxin in her gut. Another possible cause for these symptoms is a pyometra (spontaneous uterine infection). This can happen at any time in non-spayed female dogs and leads to septicemia which can cuase similar symptoms invvolved in a toxin ingestion.
