Can dog bubbles hurt my dog's eyes or make them sick if ingested?

These are both quite common behaviours and as long as you are using a safe, dog shampoo I would not be too concerned about a few bubbles. Some strong medicated shampoos can be quite irritant and may cause oral irritation and vomiting if ingested

This should not lead to any severe intoxication or noticeable side effect. Possibly an episode or vomiting or diarrhoea may occur but they should be all self limiting and resolving. I would recommend to monitor her for the next 12hours but no further actions are needed at this stage.

Most bugs will not harm a dog if eaten. In general, the more colorful a bug is, the more toxic it may be. Rinse his mouth thoroughly with cool water for at least 15 minutes. Monitor for lethargy, drooling, swelling or pawing at the mouth. See your veterinarian if any of these symptoms develop.

As long as he does not ingest the dry ice itself there shouldn't be any problems, although i would not recommend to put dry ice in his water bowl. the dry ice itself isn't toxic but a large piece can cause an obstruction.

I can't find anything in my resources that suggests that this is toxic to dogs, and I've never seen a case where a dog got sick eating it. If she did consume either of the above, then I recommend monitoring her closely. If she develops vomiting or diarrhea, then I recommend that she sees a veterinarian. I would be concerned that she jumped because she fractured a tooth or injured herself on the can. She may have just been startled. A small amount of air freshener is likely to be bitter and may cause besides and vomiting. I recommend keeping a close eye on Marley. She should be seen by a vet if you think she is painful in the mouth (hypersalivating, guarding, etc) or is vomiting or lethargic. I hope this helps and that all is well with Marley!
