Hello there. Sorry that Applejack is having this issue.

I would say this is both a good and bad thing. Since it has been a while since you asked this question:

If she has not vomited anymore and is acting normally that is good. If she wants to eat and drink, that is good. Keep monitoring her and if any of that starts up then take her to your vet.

If she is not feeling well, has continued to vomit, not wanting to eat, etc. then that is a bad sign. She could have more of that stuffing stuck in her intestines or stomach and she would need to get to a vet for an exam and some xrays ASAP.

I hope this helps and I hope she is feeling better.

Best wishes.
