Why is my Cane Corso vomiting blood, tired, and peeing frequently?

Urinating blood can indicating a bladder infection or something potentially life threatening like a clotting disorder. The fact that he is also committing indicates systemic illness. The GI upset could be due to many conditions including eating something she shouldn't have, bacterial over growth, parasites (worms and giardia), poison, a bleeding disorder, pancreatitis, cancer or intestinal blockage. I recommend to have your pup examined by the veterinarian today. Try to remember to take in a stool sample. The doctor will check her for parasites and bacterial over growth and other diagnostics may be recommended as well. She needs the correct diagnosis in order to receive appropriate care. I agree that it looks like blood. Vomiting blood is always significant and Tycho needs to see his veterinarian today. Vomiting blood can be a sign of rat poisoning, autoimmune condition, severe stomach ulcer, intestinal blockage or liver disease And other causes are also possible. It sounds as Enzo is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet urgently as vomiting blood is a serious symptom, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.

Vomiting blood is extremely serious, and could be caused by something such as a foreign body, trauma to the GI tract, or toxin exposure among other things. It's also concerning he has trouble walking and sometimes he can't lift his back. He has to have veterinary care now, please bring him into a vet right away.
